Perfect Service and Convenient Location
attentive staff perfect housekeeping convenient location
I found the bellboys and housekeeping team perfect. They were professional and attentive. The location is fabulous, especially if you are travelling by train because the station is right across the road.
My room air conditioning was substandard, difficult to regulate the temperature effectively.

The room faced the pool and included a balcony, VERY spacious. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of fresh towels. Housekeeping was efficient, and the ladies were lovely and helpful.

Breakfast offered plentiful choices, enjoyed most mornings out by the pool. I had dinner a couple of nights in the outside restaurant and was able to order a nice glass of wine. The service in the restaurant was friendly and efficient.

The hotel has a fabulous location, the train station is directly across the road. Taxis were readily available, this made exploring the area VERY convenient. The proximity to transportation hubs is a definite advantage.

The pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere and great staff. The hotel provided transportation coordination, a very helpful service. I found the facilities.

fresh omelets train station city location
the breakfast had many options and freshly made omelets i could always find something. i appreciated the hotel's location near the train station just across the road. it took me about 20 minutes to walk to the medina.
my room was facing the station so traffic noise was quite loud.

separate sinks rainfall shower efficient housekeeping
i really enjoyed my room. i appreciated it included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was also a plus. the housekeeping was efficient, and the staff was always lovely.
the ac struggled a little to keep the room as cool as i prefer, though it was manageable.
